Former Fox News host Tucker Carlson, who now owns his own self-entitled network ‘The Tucker Carlson Network’, has returned to Russia, this time uploading a video to his social media accounts claiming that he will be interviewing the Russian foreign minister Sergey Lavrov.

Carlson traveled to Moscow in order to interview Russian President Vladimir Putin in early 2024, causing tremendous controversy due to his willingness to allow Putin to spread egregious lies about the war in Ukraine.

The video interview between Carlson and Putin, much maligned by members of the press and government alike, was viewed by an astounding 199 million viewers in the first three days after being published, 185 million of which came on Elon Musk’s X platform.

Carlson and his conspiracy-obsessed fanbase accused Youtube and other platforms of surppressing the reach of the Putin interview.

In a video uploaded to his social media accounts this afternoon, taken from almost the same rooftop he recorded his initial announcement of the Putin interview, Carlson announced that he would be interviewing Sergey Lavrov.

The controversial news host said, “In the weeks since we left Russia, Moscow, where we are now, in February after interviewing Vladimir Putin, we have watched from the United States as the Biden Administration has driven the U.S. ever-closer to a nuclear conflict with Russia, the country that possesses the world’s largest nuclear arsenal.”

The conspiracy-obsessed man ranted from the streets of Moscow, claiming that the United States is in an ‘undeclared hot war’ with Russia.

Eager to raise the stakes of his interview, Carlson went on to claim that the current tensions between Russia and the United States are greater than those between the former Soviet Union and the U.S. during the Cuban Missile Crisis of the 1960s.

The controversial reporter then went on to blame Biden Secretary of State Antony Blinken for the worsening relationship between Russia and the United States, claiming that the Biden cabinet official has ‘cut off all contact’ with the large Nation.

That silence has reportedly been ongoing for two years.
